Senior Manager, Global Capability Owner – Campaign Planning, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision for capabilities and desired outcomes that align with both global and franchise priorities, in partnership with key stakeholders.

• Spearhead the continuous development of the Campaign Planning and Automation roadmap.

• Facilitate connections between business stakeholders and the global capability team for Omnichannel Orchestration and Campaign Planning.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders across various franchises and functions to implement patient and healthcare professional engagement strategies.

• Track the adoption of capabilities, outcome KPIs, and engagement metrics to guide backlog prioritization and foster ongoing improvements.

• Oversee the documentation of PRDs, user stories, and discovery artifacts, as well as sprint planning in collaboration with the Tech Lead and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly-regulated sectors.

• Proven experience in digital product management, product ownership, or managing the development and delivery of a product roadmap within a cross-functional team.

• Familiarity with campaign planning platforms and executing campaigns using tools such as SFMC / Marketing CRM.

• A solid understanding of marketing automation and campaign execution platforms (e.g., SFMC) along with campaign planning workflows.

• Experience working within Agile capability development and product operating models.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI, automation, or agentic workflows to improve learning design, delivery, or operations.

• Knowledge of marketing CRM platforms or similar systems.
