Senior Manager, Field Technical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Field Tools across Sales, Market Access, Regional Marketing, and Medical Affairs.

• Create, maintain, and improve Application runbooks, user manuals, FAQs, and related training resources.

• Offer operational assistance and on-demand application refresh support during working hours.

• Establish comprehensive quality controls and procedures for validating Field Applications.

• Track performance metrics and address potential data discrepancies.

• Organize platform training sessions and office hours for stakeholders.

• Evaluate the usage of Field platforms and devise strategies to enhance engagement.

• Support the onboarding process for new users and provide training on Field applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.

• Knowledge of Commercial and Medical Affairs business applications.

• Strong team management abilities.

• Experience in a dynamic environment serving a large number of Field users.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient project management capabilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
