Senior Manager, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Build a regional team of field service leaders responsible for overseeing field service engineers.

• Inspire and motivate service team leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.

• Guide and develop team members to enhance their leadership skills and financial understanding.

• Perform regular performance evaluations, establish clear goals, and offer constructive feedback.

• Propel financial growth and profitability by retaining contracts while effectively managing costs.

• Assist in Service P&L management, encompassing revenue forecasting and continuous cost oversight.

• Set S.M.A.R.T. objectives for the region and accomplish these goals while demonstrating a positive workplace culture and robust leadership.

• Track key performance indicators to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with SLAs.

• Collaborate with the Sales and FAS teams to comprehend business requirements and address customer needs with innovative product and service solutions.

• Leverage various business applications to generate reports and create dashboards for insights into managing a field service operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a Technical Field.

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in field service, technical support, or similar customer-facing roles.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience, including oversight of managers or team leaders.

• At least 3 years of project management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional projects.

• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and business analytics tools.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device, life sciences, or regulated industries.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Valid driver's license and capability to travel domestically.
