• In the capacity of Senior Manager, Field Sales, you will assume full responsibility for your sales territory and independently drive its success in a sustainable manner.
• You will enhance the current sales strategy with your entrepreneurial vision and personalized approach, establish a strong pipeline, and actively pursue new customer acquisition.
• This position emphasizes proactive market development and long-term growth.
• You will mainly engage with pre-qualified leads, while also initiating your own prospecting efforts and leveraging market, competitor, and customer insights strategically to maximize the potential of your territory.
• You will enjoy the freedom to implement your strategies and receive comprehensive support to successfully meet your objectives.
• You possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in field sales, solution-oriented B2B sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Your background in the ERP sector and a solid understanding of the requirements of midsize manufacturing companies set you apart.
• You are proficient in German and have a good command of English for presentations and daily communications.
• Familiarity with standard Office applications is essential; experience with Salesforce is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A specific degree or educational background is not critical for us — what we value more is your experience, mindset, and commercial impact.
• You think strategically, act with empathy, and possess a keen understanding of people, organizational structures, and decision-making processes.
