Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees customer education and engagement regarding coding, coverage, payment, and payer policies for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products.

• Functions in a customer-facing capacity, fostering relationships with providers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospitals, Office-Based Labs, and various care environments.

• Assists customers throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, including evaluation, clinical research, onboarding, and nurturing long-term relationships.

• Offers reimbursement and economic support for a diverse procedural portfolio, encompassing coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, CIED lead management and extractions, and structural heart procedures utilizing 3D ICE.

• Formulates and presents work plans and strategies under general supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products.

• More than 10 years of field reimbursement experience in the medical device sector.

• Proven expertise in US healthcare coding and billing systems.

• Strong grasp of Medicare and commercial payers.

• Proficient in data analysis, health economic evidence, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in health sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.

• CPC certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business requirements.
