This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate customers about the healthcare landscape to enhance product adoption and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with the US sales team to communicate customer value messaging.
• Deliver presentations to a range of stakeholders, including physicians, hospital C-Suite executives, service line leaders, purchasing teams, prior authorization personnel, and billing/coding staff.
• Provide sanctioned health economic education to the commercial sales team.
• Document and track customer interactions to monitor touchpoint activities across multiple engagements.
• Work together on company-initiated reimbursement strategies as required.
• Share insights on market dynamics, customer trends, and challenges gathered from the field during cross-departmental meetings and conference calls.
• Manage travel and entertainment expenses within the established budget constraints.
• Adhere to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, along with other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and assigned tasks.
• Foster positive and collaborative communication with employees, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Participate in regular internal business unit meetings to influence decisions and provide recommendations.
• Comply with corporate compliance programs and actively engage in training and continuing education initiatives.
• Ensure that deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 9 years of relevant work experience or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field reimbursement, health policy, or health economics.
• Proven ability to devise innovative solutions, conduct research to uncover missing information, and embrace the challenge of being a solution architect.
• Extensive experience presenting to a varied audience, including C-suite executives, healthcare providers, and the commercial sector.
• Capability to thrive both in a team environment and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage at multiple organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency in personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational abilities and follow-up skills, coupled with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
