Senior Manager, EV Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assemble and lead a team that executes with excellence; scaling teams, systems, and processes that ensure customer satisfaction and robust margins.

• Take ownership of the execution of work orders and projects.

• Be accountable for all technician activities, guaranteeing safety and quality. Your focus will be on customer experience and profitability.

• Oversee operations across 2 countries, 7 regions, and nearly 300 technicians.

• Recruit, develop, and lead field service managers to foster a customer-focused organization.

• Pursue long-term solutions and implement processes that simplify a complex industry.

• Effectively manage subcontractors to uphold high standards.

• Create a field service team that sets the benchmark for excellence within the EV sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in team building, predominantly within renewable energy, ideally in the EV sector.

• In-depth operational expertise in Field Service.

• Proven ability to scale operations rapidly without compromising quality.

• A contagious "whatever it takes" mentality coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strategic thinker with the capability to execute hands-on.

• Outstanding leadership and team-building skills, with a history of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

• Experience in construction and commissioning; able to identify opportunities and safety concerns at any job site.
