Senior Manager, ERP Systems – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Shaping, refining, and advocating for the core strategy of finance systems.

• Creating and owning a strategic 3-year roadmap for finance system transformation.

• Leading the comprehensive digital transformation of workflows.

• Spearheading cross-functional initiatives for system transformation.

• Acting as the primary product owner for finance systems.

• Proactively overseeing risks linked to ERP architecture and data integrity.

• Facilitating collaborative decision-making and governance with senior leadership.

• Navigating complex organizational changes by influencing leadership.

• Defining and taking ownership of adoption and success metrics for financial systems.

• Managing the budget while driving cost efficiency for ERP systems.

• Serving as the finance automation and AI lead for financial workflows.

• Effectively leading a small ERP systems team consisting of 2 direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and systems enhancement.

• Strong comprehension of accounting and finance concepts, including US GAAP principles; record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and other financial cycles.

• Capability to work efficiently in a highly integrated working model.

• Proficiency in leading workshops that involve gathering and documenting business needs and use cases.

• Experience in delivering significant transformation initiatives in both waterfall and agile environments.

• Proven success in managing cross-functional systems teams.

• Experience in defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and executing complex, multi-system changes.

• Ability to convey technical decisions in straightforward language for senior leadership and cross-functional audiences.

• Skilled in operating within a global, distributed, and remote-friendly environment.

• Direct experience in designing and governing multi-tenant cloud enterprise architectures.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing data pipelines for financial workflows.

• Deep knowledge of finance processes and ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Coupa, Navan, or similar.
