This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for comprehensive project management of large, intricate, multi-workstream client implementations from the kickoff stage to go-live and hypercare stabilization.

• Develop and sustain detailed implementation plans that include clearly defined milestones, designated owners, cross-functional dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and escalation paths.

• Lead implementation workstreams by coordinating Operations, Clinical, Product, Technology, and Finance teams without direct authority, fostering alignment, accountability, and momentum among teams.

• Act as the primary escalation contact during active implementations, managing issues in real time and facilitating swift resolutions before they impact client commitments or contractual SLAs.

• Rigorously manage the transition from implementation to Customer Success, ensuring thorough documentation of program requirements, SLA definitions, operational context, and any unresolved risks are clearly conveyed to the ongoing account team.

• Oversee the hypercare phase following the launch, ensuring that early operational issues are identified, addressed, and resolved prior to the steady-state handoff.

• Serve as an intermediary between Account Management and the Product and Technology teams, advocating for client needs, addressing operational gaps, and sharing delivery insights during roadmap discussions.

• Compile, synthesize, and prioritize product enhancement requests from Client Success, implementations, and ongoing program operations into a structured and actionable backlog for Product review.

• Facilitate recurring prioritization sessions with Product and Technology stakeholders, offering clear business context, client impact, and urgency framing for each enhancement request.

• Monitor the status of ongoing product enhancements and communicate progress, timelines, and delivery commitments back to the Account Management and Client Success teams.

• Identify trends in client feedback and implementation observations that indicate systemic product or platform gaps, translating these insights into well-defined and prioritized requirements.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feasibility assessments, phased delivery planning, and establishing acceptance criteria for enhancements that impact client-facing workflows.

• Establish and uphold implementation standards organization-wide, including playbooks, intake templates, go/no-go readiness frameworks, and post-launch retrospective processes that decrease variability and enhance predictability.

• Propel continuous improvement in solution delivery by recognizing opportunities for process and tooling enhancements, partnering with Operations and Product leadership to implement scalable changes.

• Utilize post-implementation retrospectives to capture lessons learned and systematically feed improvements back into both implementation practices and the product enhancement backlog.

• Be a key contributor in internal planning, highlighting repeatable implementation patterns, unmet delivery needs, and capability gaps that inform roadmap and build-vs-partner decisions.

• Function as a trusted collaborator with Operations, Clinical, Product, and Technology teams, translating client commitments and operational realities into actionable delivery and product plans.

• Assist the VP of Account Management in monitoring and executing key strategic initiatives, identifying blockers, and maintaining accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.

• Keep a real-time perspective of the implementation pipeline and active product enhancement priorities, flagging items that are on track, at risk, or require VP-level attention.

• Design and contribute to the operational rhythms of Account Management, including implementation pipeline reviews, product enhancement updates, quarterly business review preparation, and leadership reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise implementation, program management, or solution delivery within a healthcare, pharmacy, or B2B technology setting.

• Proven history of managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder implementations end-to-end, from planning to go-live, achieving measurable on-time delivery outcomes.

• Established experience functioning as a product liaison or in a similar role, translating operational and client needs into structured product requirements and guiding prioritization with Product and Engineering teams.

• Extensive project management capabilities, including milestone planning, dependency mapping, risk registers, RAID logs, and structured status reporting across concurrent workstreams.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, service delivery models, and platform integrations; adept at identifying and articulating product gaps in operational terms.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Clinical without direct authority, building credibility through clarity, follow-through, and business context.

• Experience leading cross-functional delivery workstreams, with the communication skills necessary to foster accountability among both technical and non-technical teams.

• Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing implementation plans, product requirement documents, executive summaries, and client-ready materials with precision and minimal guidance.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide others in intricate delivery environments; skillful in scaling impact through others as the function evolves.

• PMP, PgMP, or a comparable project management certification is preferred.
