Mid-Level Senior Developer, AI – SDLC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete development lifecycle (design → build → test → deploy → operate) with AI support.

• Utilize agents and automation to carry out complex, multi-step tasks.

• Organize inputs (prompts, specifications) to effectively direct and manage AI.

• Integrate seamlessly with engineering tools such as Git, CI/CD, and observability platforms.

• Evaluate the quality and security of outputs generated by AI.

• Comprehend the architecture behind AI-generated solutions, focusing on more than just tool operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficient technical knowledge in at least one programming language and technology stack (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, TypeScript). AI should enhance robust engineering skills rather than substitute them.

• Capability to understand and articulate the code and architecture generated by AI.

• Practical experience with AI in development processes: code generation, testing, and debugging.

• Familiarity with automation tools or agents.

• Skill in crafting clear instructions for AI systems.

• Nice to have / Preferred:

• Understanding of the AI-DLC methodology and its implementation within the development lifecycle.

• Experience in constructing multi-step agents involving tool usage and planning.

• Expertise in workflow orchestration.

• Familiarity with MCP or similar patterns.

• Experience with specification-driven development.
