This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the enterprise data hub by managing the data warehouse and developing reliable, optimized pipelines for ingesting and transforming data from various systems across GTM, Product, Finance, and HR.
• Spearhead an enterprise-wide data governance initiative by collaborating cross-functionally to align on KPIs, establish key data definitions, and ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Prioritize and govern the data roadmap through sprint planning, balancing immediate stakeholder requirements with scalable, long-term architecture.
• Adopt best practices for data modeling, testing, and documentation to maintain clean, scalable, and auditable transformations.
• Provide GTM-ready data by establishing trusted pipelines for key metrics such as pipeline health, bookings, churn, and customer lifetime value.
• Formulate and implement a data strategy that facilitates advanced analytics and AI/ML applications throughout the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics engineers, establishing priorities, CI/CD standards, and promoting a culture of reliability and innovation.
• Remain informed about industry trends related to modern data stack tools, orchestration, and AI-driven data transformation.
• 8+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering or enterprise data management.
• Proven ability to design and execute data governance frameworks while leading cross-functional teams to align on KPIs, data standards, and strategic roadmaps.
• Established expertise in managing cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and scaling enterprise data platforms.
• Practical experience with the modern data stack, including dbt for data transformation, orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster), and ingestion tools (Fivetran, etc.).
• Background in implementing access controls, role-based permissions, and data masking to safeguard sensitive information across systems.
• Strategic thinker with exposure to AI/ML, capable of identifying opportunities to utilize advanced analytics for business impact.
• Experience in leading sprint prioritization, managing roadmaps, and mentoring high-performing data teams.
• Understanding of business operations in SaaS or technology companies, with knowledge of metrics such as ARR, churn, pipeline health, and customer lifetime value.
