EHS Management Lead – Data Centres

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee the EHS performance of contractors to ensure compliance.

• Provide guidance to contractors on optimal safety practices.

• Assist construction management by supplying pertinent EHS data.

• Perform weekly safety inspections alongside Contractor management.

• Assess the thoroughness of Contractor hazard assessments.

• Lead the development of Significant Events and Potential Events.

• Verify that the KPIs and EHS data submitted by the Contractor are accurate and submitted on time.

• Execute monthly EHS audits for Contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience on medium to large construction sites.

• Background in data center projects within active environments.

• Competence in monitoring the EHS performance of Contractors.

• Knowledge of EHS compliance and regulatory standards.

• Ability to provide up-to-date data regarding Contractor EHS performance.

• Experience in effectively communicating EHS information across various sites.

• Proficiency in conducting site safety inspections and audits.

• Skills in assessing Contractor hazard evaluations.

• Expertise in implementing corrective measures for deficiencies to promote safety.
