Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Ensuring the accurate and complete capture of program data

• Identifying and addressing discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in program data

• Overseeing the entire data flow from collection through analysis, including storage, retrieval, and reporting

• Managing and processing requests for data modifications

• Complying with regulatory standards related to data management

• Collaborating closely with other members of the program team

• Offering training and support to program team members on ConnectiveRx’s data portals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a related position

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role

• Strong knowledge of patient services data management processes

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences is highly preferred

• Proficiency in patient services systems and technologies

• Capable of designing and developing interactive dashboards and creating complex visualizations

• Advanced knowledge of SQL coding

• Skill in writing and debugging code, along with familiarity with version control systems; Python is preferred
