Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the technology strategy for Sales, Marketing, and Service.

• Oversee US resources for the main business partner supporting our Commercial leadership team.

• Convert business objectives into scalable technological solutions.

• Manage the ecosystem of applications that enhance revenue (CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics).

• Guarantee compliance with the regulatory standards specific to the Medical Device sector (HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, GxP).

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field along with 13+ years of industry experience.

• 5-8 years of prior experience in people management.

• In-depth knowledge of and experience with eCommerce platforms and services.

• Previous experience as an individual contributor, specifically as a Software Engineer.

• Demonstrated success in managing full-lifecycle IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) along with Commercial front-end systems.
