Senior Manager, Engineering – AI Developer Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of 4-8 engineers

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to outline roadmaps

• Work alongside cross-organizational teams to handle dependencies

• Enhance engineering productivity through the development of internal tools and frameworks

• Maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

• Over 8 years of practical experience with AI or developer tools

• More than 4 years of experience in engineering leadership or management roles

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies

• Proficient software engineering skills in Go, Python, and JavaScript
