Senior Manager, Engagement Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as a hands-on delivery leader, project manager, and trusted advisor for a range of Public Sector projects.

• Oversee and manage the daily delivery status of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Salesforce Professional Services Methodology (SPSM) standards.

• Develop, lead, and evaluate project plans; track timelines and dependencies; modify schedules and plans as required.

• Manage one or two large enterprise initiatives or several small-to-medium interconnected projects that necessitate complex multi-functional collaboration.

• Keep an eye on project health indicators to proactively recognize, monitor, and address project risks before they escalate into problems.

• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders by offering strategic vision and driving improvements in business processes.

• Conduct client review meetings, facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, and lead status meetings.

• Accountable for all project deliverables, reviewing outputs prepared by the team before submission to the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of project management experience overseeing enterprise-scale CRM projects or professional services engagements in intricate environments.

• Proven leadership in managing project teams, budgeting, scheduling, and negotiating contract commitments.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite and hands-on implementation experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional executive presence, conflict resolution abilities, and strong written/verbal communication skills with program managers and senior stakeholders.

• Knowledgeable in the procurement, compliance, governance, and delivery specifics of government programs, including fixed-price contract management.

• Active SECRET Security Clearance (or higher) is required (Top Secret preferred); must be a U.S. Citizen without dual citizenship.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel to client locations for on-site delivery, as necessary.
