This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the analytical assessment of line extensions, limited-time offers (LTOs), price pack architecture, and variety pack strategy to prioritize the innovation pipeline and recommend investment areas for OLIPOP.
• Examine syndicated data, retailer performance, consumer trends, and internal sales metrics to assess portfolio health, pinpoint whitespace opportunities, and enhance assortment and SKU productivity.
• Create persuasive, data-informed business cases that incorporate consumer insights, commercial prospects, financial returns, operational complexities, and brand strategy to influence innovation investment choices.
• Collaborate closely with Insights, Brand, Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory teams to evaluate opportunities, balance trade-offs, and ensure successful commercialization.
• 3–5 years of experience in innovation, brand management, category management, portfolio strategy, or commercial strategy within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
• Proven experience in assessing line extensions, price pack architecture, assortment strategies, SKU productivity, or portfolio optimization. Experience with seasonal or limited-time offers (LTOs) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations—not just reporting results.
• Familiarity with syndicated data (Circana, NielsenIQ, SPINS, Numerator, or similar) and internal business performance data to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
• Solid financial understanding with experience in developing business cases and assessing commercial opportunities.
• Effective collaborator across functions including Brand, Insights, Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make recommendations based on incomplete information.
• Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial setting is a plus.
