Senior Manager, Employment Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and guidance on a wide array of employment tax matters, encompassing PAYE and NIC, expenses, benefits, and employment status (including IR35).

• Take charge of client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.

• Execute and assess intricate technical consultancy projects, including the preparation of reports, advice, and calculations.

• Discover cost-saving possibilities through strategic pay and benefits structuring.

• Supervise Employment Tax compliance and manage associated risks.

• Lead a varied portfolio of client projects.

• Assist in business development and growth initiatives.

• Guide and cultivate junior team members.

• Contribute to the overall strategy of the Tax team.

⛳️ Requirements

• CTA qualified (or equivalent), or possess relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in Employment Tax / Employer Solutions.

• Proven track record in managing client relationships and spearheading projects.

• Capability to offer clear and commercially savvy advice.

• Experience in mentoring junior personnel.
