Senior Manager, Ecommerce

📋 Description

• You will take charge of defining, implementing, and executing Ivoclar’s Ecommerce strategy.

• This position guarantees that Ivoclar provides a cutting-edge digital commerce solution that aids the markets in achieving measurable business growth.

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience, facilitating global product information and availability, and ensuring seamless integration into the MyIvoclar ecosystem.

• Responsible for the Ecommerce vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with Ivoclar’s Sales strategy.

• Establishes business KPIs focused on revenue growth, conversion rates, customer adoption, customer lifetime value, and engagement.

• Ensures advanced Ecommerce capabilities, which include personalization, omnichannel integration, mobile-first design, and smooth checkout/payment processes.

• Oversees the entire lifecycle of Ivoclar’s Ecommerce platform(s), encompassing planning, rollout, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Extensive experience in international Ecommerce strategy, operations, and platforms (B2B and/or B2C).

• In-depth knowledge of global digital sales channels, customer experience design, and omnichannel integration.

• Demonstrated success in driving digital revenue growth.

• Business acumen with a strong emphasis on customer needs and market trends.

• Proficient in stakeholder management within a global, matrixed organization.

• Data-driven mindset with the capability to convert analytics into business enhancements.

• Strong grasp of the fundamental sales and logistics processes (order-to-cash, CRM, ERP integration).
