Senior Manager – Digital Product Expert, CCPL & Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• The Digital Product Expert is accountable for the comprehensive development, management, and alignment of Card products, services, channel strategies, and processes across one or more segments.

• Utilizes extensive knowledge of Card products and services to create and uphold an appealing and compliant value proposition, ensuring delivery excellence for clients globally within the bank's operations.

• Oversees the development, management, harmonization, and phasing out of customer processes related to products and services, including daily customer sales activities.

• Addresses the most pressing incidents and improvement requirements.

• Suggests and executes structural enhancements to work processes, responding to improvement needs identified from various touchpoints.

• Crafts strategies concerning products, channels, promotions, pricing, and product and process quality, aligning with MASHREQ's branding policy and prioritizing customer interests for their optimal journey.

• Converts the strategy into actionable policies. Develops product, process, and channel policies in accordance with assortment policy, IT landscape/architecture, and both internal and external legislation and regulations, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency while minimizing costs.

• Guides the execution of this strategy, monitors squad progress, and makes necessary adjustments in their capacity as a product owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cards/Consumer Finance banking, related project work, or a demonstrated deep understanding of the banking sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in gathering requirements and translating them into user requirements, along with experience in data engineering, data science, or software engineering.

• A background in engineering, technology, or UX is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high level of comfort in engaging with senior leadership.

• Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically.

• Possesses a high-energy, passionate attitude towards work and has the ability to influence those around them.
