Senior Manager, DIB & CMMC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Hypori's marketing strategy for the DIB and CMMC sectors from start to finish.

• Create and uphold a messaging framework tailored specifically for Hypori's DIB audience.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape Hypori's external communication.

• Monitor the evolving CMMC regulatory landscape and convert changes into actionable updates.

• Generate DIB-focused content that effectively drives the sales pipeline.

• Write with authority on topics related to CMMC scope reduction.

• Craft thought leadership articles and bylined pieces.

• Manage Hypori's participation in events relevant to DIB and CMMC.

• Cultivate relationships within the CMMC practitioner community.

• Collaborate with the DIB sales team to fulfill content requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing with direct involvement in the DIB or defense contractor sectors.

• Profound knowledge of CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CUI handling standards.

• Proven track record of creating content for technical and compliance-focused audiences.

• Understanding of the C3PAO and RPO ecosystem.

• Experience in planning and executing event participation at defense or DIB-centric forums.

• Exceptional writing abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Experience working directly with senior executives on communication strategies.

• Self-sufficient contributor capable of managing diverse responsibilities.

• Prior experience with a DIB prime, subcontractor, or defense-related technology firm is preferred.

• Openness to travel for DIB and CMMC-focused events.
