📋 Description

• The Deployment & Client Experience Specialist is vital for facilitating the global deployment and adoption of the Liquid AI Solutions suite for clients.

• Responsible for the creation and ongoing enhancement of deployment tools, processes, and playbooks.

• Combines client feedback synthesis, management of ongoing issues, and the pursuit of operational excellence in client configuration and success functions on a global scale.

• Integrates project management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to improve the overall client experience significantly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in client deployment, client success operations, product operations, or related fields.

• Strong project management capabilities, with proficiency in tools like JIRA.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of client deployment processes, lifecycle management, and support models.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
