Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integrated planning function for Hestan Culinary.

• Take ownership of the complete demand forecasting process across all channels.

• Create and sustain both short- and long-term forecasts utilizing historical data, trends, and market insights.

• Lead a program aimed at continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.

• Manage supply planning to guarantee product availability while optimizing inventory levels.

• Oversee inventory health, addressing issues such as excess, obsolescence, and stockout risks.

• Direct the monthly S&OP/IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial strategies.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to integrate promotions and product launches into forecasts.

• Manage and enhance planning tools (ERP, demand planning, supply planning, BI platforms).

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or integrated business planning.

• Background in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce (preferably durable goods like cookware).

• Proven success in leading S&OP/IBP processes.

• Deep understanding of both forecasting and supply/inventory planning.

• Familiarity with planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar).

• Demonstrated experience in team management and development.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
