This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the primary product owner and main contact for advanced analytics that support supply chain operations.
• Develop the supply chain analytics roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to determine priorities, set KPIs, identify performance gaps, and shape analytics initiatives aimed at enhancing business outcomes.
• Oversee the analytics product lifecycle, including managing intake, defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, planning delivery, ensuring user acceptance, promoting adoption, and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Investigate and implement new analytics capabilities, methodologies, and best practices to enhance use cases, including AI-assisted enhancements in speed and quality.
• Coordinate execution across capability teams by collaborating with data engineering, data science, automation, IT, and other analytics teams to eliminate obstacles and ensure project delivery.
• Beyond dashboards and reports, expand into analytics deliverables such as decision tools, guided workflows, scenario analysis, recommendations, and reusable analytics products.
• Maintain and enhance the financial reporting process for the supply chain.
• Lead and nurture the team by mentoring them on analytical best practices, problem framing, product thinking, communication, and business interpretation.
• Serve as a change leader by fostering an AI-first mindset through the adoption of AI tools for productivity enhancement and beyond.
• Assess staffing requirements, recruit, train, and develop team members across various departments.
• Monitor and assess performance while implementing coaching and development strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within a matrix environment.
• Establish and communicate strategic objectives and measurable, time-bound goals for the team and individuals based on organizational and departmental priorities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, and other leaders to influence data management processes and oversee governance practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, decision science, data product management, supply chain analytics, or similar analytical leadership roles.
• At least 3 years of experience leading analytics teams, product owners, BI developers, or cross-functional analytics projects.
• Proficiency in applying analytics product management practices, including intake, prioritization, backlog management, requirements definition, adoption planning, and value realization.
• Proven capability to partner with stakeholders, define KPIs, manage backlogs, influence cross-functional teams, and convert analytics into actionable business decisions.
