Senior Manager – Decision Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and anchor comprehensive business narratives, in-depth analyses, and performance reports.

• Cultivate analytics leaders by focusing on their craft, career advancement, and strategic partnership skills.

• Create and ensure the narrative structure and analytical accuracy of weekly business performance summaries.

• Collaborate with senior analytics stakeholders to establish the framework for monthly business reviews.

• Jointly develop testing rigor and best practices throughout the organization.

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the analytics hub.

• Share responsibility for defining metrics and their architecture with senior analytics partners.

• Utilize a cross-functional perspective, concentrating on methodology and insights.

• Represent the senior analytics perspective in business strategy, OKR development, and opportunity assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or consulting at a significant scale.

• Proven experience as a player-coach.

• Strong commercial acumen.

• Ability to craft strategic narratives.

• Proficiency in influencing senior stakeholders.

• Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar).

• Understanding of semantic-layer concepts (including dbt, Cube, LookML, or equivalent).

• Experience in designing or managing the cadence of weekly business performance reporting and the architecture of monthly business reviews.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid team across different time zones.
