Senior Manager – CRM Consulting, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide teams through intricate projects, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing processes.

• Utilize analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess benefits and devise effective solutions.

• Effectively communicate to grasp client challenges and needs.

• Foster strong relationships and spearhead change initiatives.

• Lead and cultivate teams, encompassing role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience.

• At least 6 years of experience in managing projects for external clients.

• Successfully completed multiple end-to-end CRM implementation projects.

• Capability to provide valuable industry insights.

• Experience in estimation, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required by Huron.

• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Direct supervisory experience with both individuals and teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is mandatory.

• Experience and proficiency in leading teams utilizing a hybrid-agile methodology.

• Experience in the Healthcare industry (Provider and/or Payer).

• Knowledgeable about Patient/Member marketing and engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems, including CRM, SFA, and ERP.
