Freelance CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create strategies for CRM and lifecycle marketing

• Design and enhance campaigns utilizing email, SMS, and marketing automation

• Evaluate performance metrics and consistently refine outcomes

• Collaborate with clients as well as our Strategy, Creative, and Performance teams to achieve exceptional results

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing

• Proficient in Marketo (a must)

• Familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is advantageous

• Possess a strategic approach combined with practical execution capabilities

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
