• Oversee Dynata’s Global Profit & Loss management.
• Deliver financial expertise, insights, forecasts, and analyses.
• Act as a key business partner by offering high-quality financial analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and engage in financial reviews.
• Guide the development of essential FP&A deliverables.
• Manage expenses and financial reporting for various initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial presentations for the CFO and department leaders.
• Assess financial processes to improve efficiency and reporting.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Experience in the market research sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IBM Reporting, Dynamics 365, Tableau, and PowerBI is beneficial.
