Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program for the North America region.

• Act as a reliable compliance advisor and strategic partner for business leaders.

• Provide guidance on critical compliance topics, including interactions with healthcare professionals, engagement models, and market access strategies.

• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments to identify, prioritize, and address key risks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute effective, scalable controls and mitigation strategies.

• Oversee processes related to HCP consulting arrangements, speaker programs, grants, and sponsorships.

• Lead the comprehensive execution of U.S. transparency reporting (Open Payments).

• Create and deliver tailored compliance training focused on business needs and risk areas.

• Manage internal compliance investigations for the region, ensuring proper documentation, remediation, and escalation in accordance with company policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or a related role within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Healthcare compliance certification (CHC, CCEP) is highly preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of AKS, FCA, FCPA, Stark Law, PPSA/CMS Open Payments, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Canada, and OIG/DOJ guidance.

• Proven experience as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, commercial operations, medical affairs, and other cross-functional leaders.

• Strong decision-making abilities, practical business judgment, and the capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
