Global Trade Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee import and export operations in Chile and various Latin American nations

• Ensure adherence to customs regulations while facilitating essential clinical research initiatives

• Establish and nurture relationships with customs brokers and government entities

• Maintain documentation in accordance with Parexel and local regulatory standards

• Develop and implement operational and compliance protocols

• Act as the main point of contact for customs brokers and logistics service providers

• Prepare and submit applications for import/export licenses

• Participate in project meetings to deliver updates and address issues

• Monitor and manage import/export licenses

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of international trade within Clinical Trials or healthcare sectors

• Sufficient knowledge of customs regulations and clinical development protocols

• Proven experience liaising with customs brokers and third-party logistics companies

• Significant experience collaborating with global virtual teams

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Background in risk assessment and process enhancement methodologies

• Fluent in English

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, pharmacy, a health-related field, international trade, or logistics
