Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, develop, motivate, and inspire a team of Regulatory Compliance Specialists/Analysts.

• Establish performance objectives with your team members and conduct quarterly assessments.

• Ensure the timely management and completion of assigned responsibilities.

• Monitor and analyze global regulatory developments across various product and safety domains.

• Review and approve content submitted by non-self publishing Regulatory Compliance Specialists/Analysts for C2P.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's level 8 degree in Law, Business, Information Science, or a comparable field.

• A postgraduate degree, Master's, or any other relevant professional certification is essential.

• 2-4 years of experience in a senior capacity within regulatory compliance, such as in a law firm, in-house, or related industry, or a compliance team.

• Current experience as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist with Adherent, along with strong/exemplary Bamboo performance ratings.

• Exceptional leadership and team/project management abilities, with a robust capacity to lead, guide, and mentor fellow team members.

• Skilled researcher with the capability to leverage a diverse array of research databases and online resources.

• Proactive thought leader and subject matter expert for specific topics, sectors, and/or regions, with experience presenting at webinars, in-person events, and external conferences, as well as creating content (e.g., whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, posts, LinkedIn articles).

• Background in business development by supporting sales, accounts, and Customer Support teams during calls with both existing and prospective clients.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for the generation or validation of regulatory content.
