Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Acts as the compliance and privacy manager for designated areas within the company or a specific Strategic Business Unit (SBU) as applicable.

• Aids in ensuring regulatory and contract compliance for operations managed by the Care Center or supported by corporate compliance.

• Accountable for the execution or assistance of the SBU and/or Corporate Compliance Program.

• Oversees federal and state regulatory and compliance initiatives.

• Prepares and submits reports to the Quality Improvement Committee (QIC), Compliance Committee, Business Unit Manager, and the corporate Compliance Department as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with HIPAA and federal and state regulatory procedures.

• Experience in Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid managed care is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• 5-8 years of relevant compliance experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, flow charting, and other pertinent software systems and applications.
