Global Regulatory Optimisation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establishing and executing a technical action plan designed to enhance global EMC/RF expertise.

• Reviewing and generating EMC/RF reports with an emphasis on North American regulations.

• Assisting global affiliates in meeting EMC/RF business performance objectives and budget targets.

• Collaborating with the local operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Delivering EMC/RF technical training and cultivating relevant reviewers and engineers.

• Coordinating with regulatory authorities in North America to guarantee alignment in technical procedures and processes.

• Supporting the frontline in promoting SGS EMC/RF regulatory testing and certification services, including providing technical assistance to key customers in North America and their global suppliers.

• Assisting laboratories within the global network in managing technical audits from major clients and accreditation organizations.

• Experience in Lab Automation Integration & Optimization.

• Automation: Designing and implementing comprehensive test automation and software integration across SAR labs to enhance throughput.

• Operational Excellence: Standardizing global testing workflows to minimize cycle times and eliminate discrepancies in measurements across labs.

• Technical Support & Business Development experience.

• Cross-Lab Support: Serving as the global subject matter expert (SME), offering advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to regional lab teams.

• Client Development: Aiding business growth through high-level technical engagement, facilitating the acquisition of new clients and addressing intricate compliance challenges.
