This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the formulation and implementation of the provider contracting strategy for denosumab brands.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights, innovative pricing and contracting solutions, and agile execution to establish a competitive edge for denosumab.
• Direct the provider contracting strategy and execution for provider customers, encompassing bone and oncology specialists.
• Partner with our field-based Account Management teams to enhance customer interactions and gather the latest insights.
• Work in conjunction with Contract Development, Coverage & Pricing Execution, Legal, and field-based Account Management teams to devise and execute contracting strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Evaluate contract performance, customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive factors to guide contracting recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to issues related to contract performance, competitive response requirements, GPO membership changes, and customer inquiries.
• Manage the proposal development process, approval routing, and execution of documents such as tear sheets, notices, and agreements.
• Propel provider insights and analysis for denosumab strategic planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecasts, LEDR, and LRS.
• Monitor competitor activities in the provider sphere and assist in KPI tracking.
• Engage regularly with senior leadership and various high-level cross-functional committees or teams.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders, proactively seeking buy-in and offering ongoing support to meet business requirements.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, contracting and/or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations OR Master’s degree with 4 years of experience in these fields OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in the aforementioned areas.
• Previous experience in contracts and pricing, direct engagement with provider customers, and a solid foundational understanding of buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Outstanding conceptual problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of structuring ambiguous problems, pragmatically scoping problem-solving approaches, and managing execution.
• Authoritative grasp of complexity and ambiguity; capability to maintain a broad perspective; adeptness in gathering, assimilating, and organizing information to enable pertinent business analyses.
• Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to influence various styles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with executive presence across functions and different leadership levels.
