This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Facilitate the Learning and Development of Risk Mitigation Analysts and other relevant colleagues as needed.
• Occasionally oversee and guide the daily operations and services of Risk Mitigation Analysts.
• Enhance client satisfaction and acquisition by creating Analytics deliverables that are at the forefront of our industry.
• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in analytics, contributing to the overall strategy and the development of actionable client and underwriting analytics.
• Effectively present analytics to Clients and Colleagues, improving their understanding of strategies to reduce Costs of Risk.
• Generate claim analytics that identify opportunities for risk mitigation and offer solutions that foster favorable client underwriting profiles.
• Create monthly client claim analytics that highlight key performance trends and indicators.
• Compile and organize monthly data utilized in the development of analytical reports.
• Prepare and refresh Client Dashboards to assist Management with resource allocation.
• Research and report on industry trends, aiming to pinpoint inefficiencies in client strategies and tactics that impact their overall risk profile.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to identify strengths and opportunities within a portfolio of business.
• Act as a mentor for colleagues upon request.
• Acquire knowledge of marketing strategies and aid in business development and renewal opportunities by participating in client meetings to discuss BKS’ approach to Analytics.
• Stay well-informed about industry trends and best practices related to analytics and other relevant deliverables.
• Assist and engage in Client and Firm-level training and awareness initiatives, including assessments, presentations, and other meetings that foster superior experiences with our clients and colleagues.
• Support the Firm's claim intake and reporting process.
• Research and collaborate with vendors as needed to align with BKS’s overarching strategy of providing our clients with optimal tools and technology (Origami / PRISM / Zywave).
• Work together with Baldwin Krystyn Sherman’s business partners, carrier underwriters, and colleagues to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
• Regularly assess client risk trends and maintain awareness of industry best practices.
• Capability to effectively manage and occasionally lead the daily activities of Risk Mitigation Analysts.
• Analyzing trends, determining actions, and presenting solutions are crucial aspects of this role.
• Ability to inspire and influence colleagues and clients; the roles of teacher, trainer, and mentor are highly emphasized.
• Collaborate as part of a team of professionals and establish relationships with other segments of the firm.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to all levels of the firm and a diverse array of clients.
• Present solutions, value propositions, and risk mitigation strategies to colleagues, clients, and prospects.
• Interpret documents such as profit and loss statements, safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Compose routine reports and correspondence.
• Deliver effective presentations to groups of clients or colleagues within the organization.
• AIC/SCLA/CPCU/ARM/LPC certifications or professional designations are preferred.
• Knowledge of the Spanish language is an asset.
• The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to all levels within the company and a diverse client base is essential.
• The capacity to motivate and influence colleagues and clients is a fundamental requirement of this position.
• The roles of teacher, trainer, and mentor are critically important.
• Proficiency in PC applications and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
• The ability to quickly learn and use job-specific software such as Sagitta, EPIC, BKS PRISM, Origami, Carrier Websites, Zywave, Loss Forecaster, Mod Master, and GoToMeeting is necessary.
• Develop an understanding of marketing strategies and contribute to business development and renewal opportunities by attending client meetings to explain BKS's approach to claims mitigation and resolution.
• Apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagrammatic form.
• Capable of addressing problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Exhibit the organization’s core values, demonstrating behavior consistent with the firm’s culture.
• Willingness to travel occasionally overnight as required by client needs.
