This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize your subject matter expertise to evaluate contracting processes and technology, offering objective insights and recommendations on solutions to implement in support of client system assessment processes.
• Act as the primary project manager for implementation initiatives, which includes developing and sustaining project timelines and staffing plans, overseeing the project budget and scope, forecasting resource needs, providing regular status updates, organizing workshops, and managing client billing and invoicing.
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize both business and technical requirements, covering areas such as business process modeling, integration, security, migration, and reporting; offer subject matter expertise on industry best practices and tool functionalities.
• Counsel clients on the optimal integration of their existing technologies to enhance their overall legal operations function; design technology-driven processes and system integrations to develop innovative yet practical solution frameworks.
• Actively participate in and supervise all aspects of process mapping, data analysis, the drafting of project deliverables, and the configuration of solutions.
• Map data between various source systems and/or data repositories and the new technology solution; assist in migration and migration validation processes.
• Define and coordinate the change management strategy and efforts necessary to ensure lasting change, high user adoption, and a smooth implementation experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting sectors.
• 8+ years of experience in legal technology assessments, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment, with a proven track record of implementing contracting tools.
• Preferred experience with Agiloft, Ironclad, Malbek, Luminance, Ivo, and similar systems, including related data migration and integration workstreams.
• Proven understanding of the AI contract technology landscape, including legal-specific platforms (e.g., Harvey, Legora) and point solutions that support contract drafting, review, negotiation, obligation management, and associated workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the following focus areas:
• IT implementation methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and iterative approaches.
• Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and suggest improvements to processes (strong client interview skills are essential).
• IT Project management experience, including the development and management of project plans and familiarity with corporate IT methodology frameworks.
• Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with peers, software vendors, other suppliers, management, and client contacts.
