
Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the operations of third-party (3P) co-manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate with partners to strategize capacity, guarantee material availability, and ensure consistent product output.
• Accountable for the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of all Chomps products.
• Work closely with leadership and internal teams while overseeing key stakeholders in 3P co-manufacturing.
• Promote manufacturing excellence and execute recommendations for ongoing improvements in quality, processes, throughput, and cost structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain operations, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 3P management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times each month to various 3P co-manufacturing sites.
• Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), along with ERP systems (cloud-based preferred), MRP, and MES.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with relationship management abilities.
• Superb interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with USDA and meat processing is preferred.
• Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial ovens and thermoforming packaging equipment is advantageous.
• Experience in leading direct reports is required.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
