This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage a detailed content marketing strategy and editorial calendar that aligns with organizational objectives, target buyer personas, and primary channels.
• Take the lead in producing high-quality content across various formats and platforms, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency, optimize SEO/GEO/AEO, and boost discoverability.
• Partner with cross-functional marketing teams, including demand generation, events, and product marketing, to ensure a unified brand message.
• Track content performance through KPIs and analytics, providing actionable insights for ongoing enhancement.
• Guide and mentor a team of copywriters and agency collaborators, while managing content governance, workflows, and operations to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a comparable position, preferably within the SaaS or manufacturing technology sectors.
• 3-5 years of experience in people management, including leading team members and overseeing contractors and agency partners.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, emerging GEO/AEO strategies, and content optimization methods for improved search engine and LLM visibility.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a versatile, brand-consistent tone, backed by a robust portfolio of B2B content and campaigns.
• A data-driven approach with the capability to analyze KPIs and modify strategies as needed.
