Senior Manager, Consumer Tools and Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Direct and enhance the strategy, delivery, governance, and ongoing improvement of operational tools, technologies, and business processes.

• Act as the business owner for initiatives related to operational technology.

• Collaborate with teams in Information Technology, Product, Sales, and Customer Care.

• Manage the testing, validation, and successful deployment of technology solutions.

• Oversee the enterprise Order Flow Operations function, ensuring governance over order jeopardies and issue resolution.

• Track the operational health throughout the order lifecycle and proactively identify potential jeopardies.

• Foster innovation by implementing technology-driven operational enhancements.

• Organize enterprise readiness efforts for significant technology rollouts.

• Create operational visibility into impending jeopardies, order aging, and fulfillment risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Technology, Business Operations, Telecommunications, or Customer Operations.

• Proven experience in leading business technology initiatives and operational transformation projects.

• Established track record of gathering business requirements and collaborating with IT teams.

• Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and production rollouts.

• Strong understanding of operational workflows and order management systems.

• Experience in leading cross-functional operational governance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar reporting tools.

• Preferred experience includes Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Product Management.
