Senior Manager, Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and execution of Group Communications strategies that promote business objectives, enhance executive visibility, and fulfill enterprise goals.

• Create communication toolkits, establish best practices, and provide resources across various channels and stakeholders.

• Produce executive communications and leadership materials, which include presentations, speeches, talking points, scripts, briefing documents, and messages from leaders.

• Facilitate communications for significant business events, customer interactions, sales meetings, industry conferences, M&A activities, and integrations.

• Drive internal and change communications that connect employees to group priorities, enterprise strategy, and Stryker’s mission.

• Craft business narratives and visual communications that adhere to brand, accessibility, inclusion, editorial, and corporate communication standards.

• Assist with external communications, enhance executive visibility, manage issues, and oversee reputation management initiatives.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of communications and collaborate with communication teams, agencies, designers, videographers, and consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 10 years of professional experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 7 years in communications is required.

• An MBA is preferred.

• Experience in an agency setting is important.

• Proven experience in supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or addressing group-level business priorities.

• Background in developing executive presentations, creative campaigns, event branding, video content, or scalable communication toolkits is required.

• Experience in leading cross-functional creative teams, agency partners, or project-based teams without direct authority is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.
