This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and develop selection criteria and loan scenarios for machine-generated letters and statements based on event triggers and business requirements.
• Create comprehensive test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing for modifications to statements and letters.
• Oversee enhancements following implementation to ensure successful integration.
• Establish best practices for programming machine-generated letters in response to project requests and scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Legal Compliance to define the logic, timing, and guidelines for customer-facing communications.
• Partner with project and change managers on initiatives related to regulatory obligations and business needs.
• Liaise with print vendors to clarify requirements and prioritize programming requests.
• Manage the relationship with print vendors to ensure communications are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Participate in large-scale annual projects, which include Year End activities, Annual Privacy Notice distribution, and Code Cross testing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and question assumptions and conclusions.
• Proficient in clearly conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent team player and capable team builder.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working under tight deadlines while adapting to shifting business and technical conditions.
• Four (4) to Six (6) years of relevant experience within the mortgage servicing sector.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• No certificates, licenses, or registrations are required.
• Ability to satisfactorily perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capacity to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
