Head of Executive Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor and collaborator to the CEO and Co-founder in establishing communication priorities, messaging frameworks, and narrative strategies.

• Oversee the creation of content, which includes presentations, videos, long-form articles, employee communications, customer outreach, social media, and more.

• Develop clear narratives aimed at key audiences regarding macro business trends, customer challenges, and engineering obstacles.

• Incorporate AI tools into everyday workflows to research and refine executive content, ensuring information is current and organized.

• Organize and strategize how the CEO and Co-founder prepares for, presents at, and communicates messages effectively.

• Collaborate with internal and corporate communications, customer marketing, investor relations, and various cross-functional leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably a CEO or founder.

• Ability to communicate comfortably across diverse products and industries while simplifying complex topics into a clear narrative.

• Outstanding writing, storytelling, and editing capabilities with a demonstrated ability to produce engaging executive-level content.

• Strong emotional intelligence and the capacity to build trust with senior leadership.

• A data-driven storytelling approach combined with disciplined execution skills.

• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of and/or experience in physical AI, fleet management, logistics, construction, or technology designed for the physical world is advantageous.

• Experience working at a publicly traded company is a plus.

• Must have the legal right to work at the company and in the designated work location.
