This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead a team of Account Executives assigned to specific geographic regions.
• Serve as the Sales Leader throughout the sales cycle, assisting all AEs in advancing deals.
• Regularly meet with senior stakeholders to report on team performance and engage in discussions about business strategy.
• Provide insights and suggestions on marketing initiatives based on real-world experiences.
• Maintain a culture of agility and responsiveness while concentrating on key metrics.
• Offer continuous mentoring and development opportunities for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to ensure that training requirements are identified.
• Discover and implement innovative solutions to enhance our model and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaling Sales functions within a high-growth environment.
• Proficient in the MEDDPICC qualification framework and the upfront contract process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and systems-building abilities.
• Significant experience in sales, particularly within the SaaS, Customer Support, Sales, and CRM sectors.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
