• Oversee the commercial strategy for upcoming product launches in capital equipment, service offerings, and software solutions within the fertility sector.
• Act as the liaison among customers, sales teams, global product divisions, service, software, finance, and executive leadership.
• Introduce solutions backed by thorough market insights, effective positioning, significant economic value, and complete sales team preparedness.
• Formulate the North America launch strategy, impacting global product direction, facilitating field engagement, and directly interacting with key customers.
• Create strategic go-to-market plans encompassing market segmentation, target customer profiles, launch timelines, positioning, messaging, pricing insights, sales readiness, competitive strategies, and adoption initiatives.
• Develop launch plans that integrate equipment, service, software, implementation, training, workflow enhancements, financial value, and enduring customer partnerships into a cohesive narrative.
• Collaborate with sales, service, software, customer success, finance, legal, operations, and global marketing to guarantee the organization is thoroughly prepared prior to launch.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, life sciences, healthcare, engineering, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, diagnostics, fertility, laboratory equipment, software, or similar fields.
• Proven success in complex selling environments, particularly those involving capital equipment, service agreements, software, enterprise contracts, or multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
• A solid understanding of capital sales cycles, including budget planning, procurement, executive sponsorship, financial justification, competitive positioning, and deal strategy.
• Capability to construct credible business cases, ROI models, financial value narratives, and executive-level presentations.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams or leading strategies related to sales, sales enablement, strategic accounts, product launches, or execution.
• Confidence in engaging with physicians, embryologists, lab directors, clinic owners, administrators, finance leaders, procurement stakeholders, and executive buyers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities with the skill to influence without authority across marketing, sales, finance, legal, service, software, operations, and global product teams.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• High business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations in uncertain or changing market conditions.
• A proactive approach, demonstrating urgency, ownership, and executive presence.
