This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for field sales that focuses on selling techniques and sales processes.
• Create onboarding initiatives for new sales team members that enhance speed to productivity and maintain consistent commercial standards.
• Establish ongoing competency development programs, which include advanced sales education and mentorship frameworks.
• Lead live, virtual, and blended learning sessions for sales professionals.
• Travel to various locations to conduct in-person training, participate in ride-alongs, and offer immediate coaching and reinforcement.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure training materials are accurate, compliant, and commercially relevant.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of training, knowledge retention, and its impact on sales performance.
• Collect continuous feedback from field teams and leadership to refine and enhance program content and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or a related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or sales training, ideally within the neuromodulation, spine, or similar implantable device sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of spinal cord stimulation, pain management, or neuromodulation therapy.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities, with a knack for engaging varied audiences.
• Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally and influence others without direct authority.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital content creation tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% of the time.
