Senior Manager, Club Analytics & Insights

📋 Description

• Oversee the analytics department that drives CSAA’s partnership strategy with AAA clubs and evaluates distribution performance.

• Convert intricate data into straightforward, actionable insights that facilitate executive-level decision-making.

• Guarantee that leaders maintain a consistent, future-oriented perspective on performance and provide recommendations that yield measurable outcomes.

• Create and present data-driven suggestions to enhance business performance across clubs and various distribution channels.

• Take charge of the content, analytics, and narrative for monthly performance evaluations with internal leadership and AAA clubs.

• Distill complex data into clear, decision-ready insights and compelling narratives.

• Provide valuable insights that enhance CSAA’s consultative interactions with AAA clubs.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, establishing clear priorities and expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in Insurance, Actuarial, Product Management, Programming, Data Reporting and Analysis, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated capability to influence senior management and foster cross-functional as well as external collaboration.

• Advanced analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with the ability to oversee and direct analysis.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in data storytelling for executive audiences.

• Experience in navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Exemplary skills in coaching, mentoring, evaluating, and providing training, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Advanced knowledge of insurance, accounting, and rate-making principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, BI dashboard development (specifically PowerBI), GPT prompting, and various structured analysis and design methodologies.
