• The Senior Manager of Clinical Innovation plays a vital role in overseeing and effectively advancing use cases within the clinical innovation portfolio.
• This position involves leading, partnering, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Responsibilities include defining, rationalizing, and aligning priorities with a clearly articulated business rationale.
• The role entails managing risks, developing interventions, and facilitating working sessions.
• Additionally, this position supports the assessment of new concepts and emerging trends in innovation.
• A minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience overseeing complex initiatives.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in strategy, innovation, and/or portfolio management within the healthcare sector or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in data and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver value and exceed expected performance levels.
