This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Drive renewals and growth by proactively planning accounts, identifying unmet needs, and providing customized, consultative solutions.
β’ Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives across designated territories in collaboration with product specialists, customer success, and GTM operations.
β’ Position LexisNexis legal research, analytics, and AI-driven workflow platforms as vital solutions that align with client practice groups and operational objectives.
β’ Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including managing partners, firm leadership, KM leaders, and practice chairs.
β’ Navigate intricate buying groups and firm hierarchies to secure renewals and enhance key relationships.
β’ Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic to maintain pipeline integrity, track engagement, extract insights, and inform outreach strategies.
β’ Provide structured feedback to internal teams based on client insights and usage trends.
β’ Experience in managing and expanding complex B2B SaaS or technology accounts within large law firms or professional services organizations.
β’ Strong executive presence with effective communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
β’ Proven capability to negotiate contracts and close business in a team-oriented sales environment.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools such as Gong, Seismic, and Outreach.
β’ Comfortable using generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and generate insights.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20%, including day and overnight trips.
