This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Developing customized sales strategies tailored to the specific objectives of each Enterprise client within the portfolio, while enhancing execution through cross-functional partnerships.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across each client organization, including C-level executives and various business lines.
• Identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the assigned account base, which encompasses both existing clients and new prospects not currently engaged with T-Mobile.
• Delivering an exceptional, differentiated experience that encourages T-Mobile clients to pursue ongoing growth with the company.
• Presenting T-Mobile's product capabilities to potential and existing clients in a way that aligns with and supports their business objectives.
• Overseeing complex contract negotiations and successfully closing large, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
• Keeping precise records of interactions and sales progression, while providing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree coupled with 7 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Required).
• Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to Enterprise clients with 3,000+ employees (Required).
• 7+ years of business sales experience with a proven track record in successful acquisition sales, opportunity generation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; at least 5 years of this experience should be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
