Senior Manager, Chapter Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the Chapter Program from start to finish

• Oversee a portfolio of more than 70 active Chapters

• Handle the compensation framework for Chapter Heads

• Lead and mentor the Ambassador Programs Associate

• Establish a consistent operational rhythm with the Associate

• Recruit, onboard, and empower Chapter Heads

• Create and execute the communication strategy for Chapter Heads

• Evaluate Chapter performance and provide reports

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of increasing responsibility in community program management, membership operations, field programs, or a related field

• Proven experience in managing a community or membership program at scale

• Preference for candidates with field program experience

• Strong operational acumen
